Issue Position

I am a firm believer in States Rights. Why do we need to send money to the Feds for things that can be taken care of right here at home. Each State is unique, and for the Feds to pass laws and make them the same for all the states is lucicrous at best. Then if a state hesitates to implement the laws, they withhold giving you back your own money!! Currently states are under fire by the Feds, who want to centralize Government more and more (hasn't that been tried already?). I want each state to have more control over its own destiny. If we are allowed to compete to be the best, Missouri will come out on top in that case, hands down!!
